We know sometimes things just don’t work out — even your furry bestie turns their nose up at a new treat now and then! Here’s the scoop on how we handle returns, refunds, and all things in between.
Return Paw-licy: You’ve Got 30 Days to Woof About It
If you or your four-legged fashionista aren’t completely in love with your goodies, you’ve got 30 days to send it back. That’s 210 in dog days – pretty generous, right?
But we do have a few house rules (we’re classy, after all):
• Items must be unused, in their original paw-some packaging, and in the same condition you received them
• We’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase (a paw print won’t do, sorry)
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty (then we’ll wag our tails and sort it out!)
No-Treats Back Zone (Non-Returnable Items)
Some items just can’t come home again (for hygiene and safety reasons):
• Perishables: That means treats, gourmet noms, or pet-safe cupcakes
• Flowers or plant-based gifts: Because once they wilt, there’s no coming back
• Custom or personalised products: Anything with your fur baby’s name or face on it — made just for you!
• Grooming tools once opened: Because we don’t want to swap slobber (ew!)
• Gift cards: Once activated, they’re free to roam
Refunds: The Tail End of Things
Once your return is sniffed, inspected, and approved:
• We’ll send you an email letting you know if it’s been accepted
• Your refund will be sent to your original method of payment within a few business days
If your bank moves slower than a napping cat, please allow a little extra time for the refund to show up.
Late or Missing Refunds?
• Double-check your bank account (again – we know, annoying!)
• Then check with your credit card company — it may take a few days to post
• Still nothing? Drop us a line at [your email] and we’ll chase it faster than a spaniel after a squirrel
Exchanges: Swap It Like It’s Hot
Got the wrong size? Prefer a different shade of fabulous? No problem!
We only replace items if:
• They’re defective, damaged, or
• You need a different size/variant (and it’s in stock)
Just send us an email and we’ll get the exchange tail-wagging.
Gifts: No Awkward Moments Here
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
• You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return
• Once your return is received, a gift card will be emailed to you
If the gift giver had it sent to themselves and then gave it to you:
• The refund goes back to the gift giver (so they’ll know you’ve returned it — sorry!)
Shipping Returns Back to the Doghouse
To return your product, paw it over to:
Paws for Luxury, 5 The Midway, Newcastle-Under-Lyme, Staffordshire, ST5 1QG.
You’ll need to pay your own return shipping costs (unless the product was faulty or we made a dog’s dinner of your order). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we can’t guarantee your return will make it back without it!

We take your privacy more seriously than a cat guarding its favorite sun spot.
• Your data is stored securely, used only to process orders, and never sold, rented, or handed over to dodgy third parties
• Payment info is encrypted and never stored on our site
• You can opt in (or out) of our newsletter at any time — no guilt-trips, we promise!
